Swami Vivekananda was born Narendra Nath Datta in Calcutta on Monday, 12th January 1863. He died at the young age of 39, on the 4th of July 1902. In his less than 40 years on this planet, he achieved far more than any other spiritual leader.
Swami Vivekananda, one of the best known proponents of the Sanatana Dharma, is the greatest Practical Vedantist of all times.
His teachings are the guiding principles for our “Practical Vedanta Movement”.
